Some love stories start with a spark—ours began in a restaurant.

We met while working side by side in the food industry, both driven by a deep love for cooking and hospitality. My husband, a skilled sushi chef, always dreamed of crafting dishes that combined tradition with creativity. I shared that dream too: one day, we would open a restaurant of our own.

That dream started to take shape when we discovered poke bowls in Boston. We instantly fell in love—with the freshness, the flavors, and the endless possibilities. It reminded us of sushi, but with a modern, fun twist that people of all ages could enjoy.

Inspired by that experience, we decided to bring poke bowls to our own community. We wanted to create a place where people could enjoy high-quality, delicious food that’s fast, fresh, and made with care. A place where every bowl reflects our passion, our journey, and the joy of sharing good food.
